Today is National Pancake Day.
“Eating pancakes” is our code phrase for “having sex” when my gay BFF and I are talking about that subject in public.
That being said, I hope you all get some pancakes today.

Yes! If I didn’t eat the fruit first, I’d eat the cheese and toss the rest. Okay, I might eat the strawberry but the grapes and apple wedge would have to go.

Every time I get a fruit and cheese plate for breakfast (like today), I force myself to eat all the fruit first before eating the cheese.
It’s absolutely excruciating.
But somehow I push through.
I have a funny feeling...
that no matter how much I want to watch a scary movie tonight, we will most likely end up watching Doctor Who.
And I’m okay with that.

I just want to say that I didn’t say TOO skinny. In case you saw my post.
I hadn’t but I did now. Although I kind of liked the dress (without the bow legged pose), she definitely was swimming in it and it looked heavy, no? Like the weight of it could have crushed her tiny alien frame.

Lunch
I was just going to have some oatmeal but I need to get away from my desk so I think I’ll venture down the street to get a sub.
Also, the day is moving along much faster than I originally anticipated. Especially given the fact that I’ve been taking my time on things instead of being rushed like I was last week.
I’ll take it.
I didn't watch that awards show.
And I’m glad I didn’t. I browsed through a few best/worst dressed slideshows this morning and half of the captions said “so-and-so” who was nominated for his/her role in “such-and-such” movie and they were all movies and actors I’ve never even heard of.
So congrats to all you people who won awards for roles I’ll probably never see you play in movies...
Motivation level = 0
I really can’t get with it this morning. Maybe it’s because my boss crammed two months of work into last week. Or maybe it’s because of last night’s broken sleep. I managed to fall asleep around 9 pm only to be awakened by my brother getting home at around 10:30 pm making as much noise as possible (as usual). His consideration level is always zero.
